MAA Humanitarian 2025 Annual Report

The MAA Humanitarian 2025 Annual Report celebrates the powerful impact made possible by our generous donors. Guided by the blessings and alignment of Her Holiness Jagadguru Sai Maa, each humanitarian initiative deepens our shared mission to end human suffering and serve those most in need.

2025 Highlights

Kumbh Mela

Donor generosity at the Kumbh Mela touched thousands of lives, transforming love into tangible care. Each day, donor support provided nearly 2,000 nourishing meals prepared with the freshest ingredients, alongside blessings and Darshan with Jagadguru Sai Maa. Pilgrims arriving with nothing received food, blankets, rest, and moments of deep joy and connection. Evenings were filled with music, dance, and shared grace, followed by safe places to sleep and gifts of prasad. Your gifts also honored 1,300 sadhus through a special bhandara, offering nourishment, blessings, and essential support—strengthening this sacred gathering and humanity’s collective transformation.

IMPACT

Thousands fed. Hundreds sheltered. Sacred lives honored.

Dreams to Degrees

Our Dreams to Degrees program empowers young women from slum communities in India to pursue higher education and break the cycle of poverty by turning dreams into college degrees. With generous donor support, the first class launched in 2024 is thriving—17 of 18 students continue their studies, gaining skills in fields from finance to science. Building on this success, we welcomed a second class of 20 young women in fall 2025. They bring fresh enthusiasm and aspirations in teaching, business, technology, and law. Through scholarships, mentorship, and essential support, these young women are building independence and creating brighter futures for their communities.

IMPACT

Ending generational poverty through education

Gift of Sight Program

Cataracts are widespread in underserved rural communities across India, especially among the elderly, where poor nutrition, low-quality cooking oil, and limited health education increase risk. Each year, our India team and dedicated doctors screen over 500 people, providing free cataract surgeries, medicines, and eyeglasses to those in need. This year, donor gifts allowed us to expanded care beyond surgery—each patient also received a warm blanket and a gallon of fresh cooking oil. Replacing rancid oil helps prevent future cataracts, supporting long-term eye health. Restored sight improves safety and mobility, while families gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones can move confidently and independently.

IMPACT

Seeing beauty again, moving safely forward.
