Doug\u2019s expertise lies in helping leaders take new ground\u2014setting aside historical limits, creating new insights into existing situations and achieving new levels of performance and results. Doug holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Cognitive Psychology, which he earned with honors from Rutgers University, and was named a Paul Robeson Scholar for research in the field.
